  How do I make a call?

  1. Dial one of our national access numbers (0844 etc)
  2. Listen to the welcome message
  3. Dial the international destination number


  How are calls charged?

    A service provider, e.g. BT, will send a bill in the normal way to the owner of the phone.


  Will the bill show the international destination number I called?

    No. The bill only shows that you have made a UK national call, i.e. 0871 or 0844 etc.


  Can your numbers be used from my mobile?


  How do I call from a BT phone box?

  1. Insert some coins.
  2. Call 0870 005 0030.
  3. When you hear a welcome message, dial the international number you want to call.
