  How do I make a call?

  1. Locate your destination from the destination-rate-access-number table.
  2. Dial the access number corresponding to your destination
  3. Listen to the welcome message
  4. Dial your destination number including international code 00


  How are calls charged?

    A service provider, e.g. BT, will send a bill in the normal way to the owner of the phone.


  Will the bill show the international destination number I called?

    No. The bill only shows that you have made a UK national call, i.e. 0871 or 0844 etc.


  Can your numbers be used from my mobile?
